Two years after designing the first Davidovich Bagel Shop in Essex Market, we had the opportunity to rebrand the bakery and create their second shop, now in Chelsea Market. The shop is finely tuned to fit all the equipment necessary for the stores expanded product line of fourteen varieties of daily baked bagels, freshly baked pastries, coffee, sandwiches and salads into a 260 square foot kiosk. 

The simple and rich material palette of the kiosk is made from diagonally arrayed charred-wood against a classic Calacatta Marble counter to maintain a traditional bakery aesthetic. The sloping geometry of the counter face reconciles with the sloping industrial restaurant equipment, merging all components into a cohesive and unified design.
